PetJive is an iOS app by TARIK KOCYIGIT that turns a pet photo and an animal template into a short AI video. Use this page if you need help with an account, credits, an App Store purchase, a subscription, or a video that did not finish.

This address is for support replies. Verification codes are sent from a separate no-reply mailbox. We will never ask you to forward a verification code.

Subscriptions and refunds

Membership renews through your Apple ID until you cancel it. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select PetJive. You can also use Report a Problem in your purchase history on Apple’s site. Refunds for App Store charges are decided by Apple. Deleting the PetJive account does not cancel the subscription.

Before you write

If a video is still processing, wait and check the job in the app. Generation depends on a provider and can stay pending when that provider is unavailable.
If credits are missing after a purchase, restore purchases in the app, then write to us with the approximate time.
For a charge you do not recognize, check Subscriptions and purchase history on your Apple ID before emailing us.

What we can help with

Account access, missing credits after a successful App Store purchase, invite-code rewards, notification settings, deleting an account, and how templates, credits, and membership work. We cannot restore content after you delete the account, we cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you, and we cannot speed up a generation provider we do not control.
