PetJam is an app by TARIK KOCYIGIT that turns a pet photo and an AI animal template into a short video. Use this page if you need help with an account, credits, a Play purchase, or a stuck video job.

This address is for support replies. Verification codes are sent from a separate no-reply mailbox and will never ask you to forward the code to anyone.

Before you write

Open Help in the app for FAQs, terms, and policy articles the team publishes there.
For Play charges, also check Google Play subscription and order history; refunds for Play purchases follow Google’s process.
If a video is still processing, wait and check the job in the app. Generation depends on a configured provider and may stay pending when that provider is not connected.

Please include

The email on the PetJam account (Google and email login share the same profile).
Device and OS (for example Pixel / Android 16, or iPhone if applicable).
Approximate time of the issue and, for purchases, the Play order ID.
A short description. Do not send your verification code or password for any other service.

What we can help with

Account access, missing credits after a successful Play purchase, invite-code rewards, notification settings, deleting an account, and clarifying how templates, credits, and weekly membership work. We cannot restore content after you delete the account, and we cannot speed up a generation provider we do not control.
