These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to the PetJam mobile application and related services (the “Service”). PetJam is operated by TARIK KOCYIGIT (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using PetJam, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PetJam lets you create short AI videos of pets. You choose an animal template, upload a pet photo, and we generate a video. Templates may cost credits. Weekly membership and credit packs may be purchased through Google Play. Features, prices, and availability may change.
The Service is for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Generated videos are not professional media, veterinary advice, or a likeness you can treat as a real recording of events.
You must be at least 13 years old. You may sign in with an email verification code or a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share verification codes. We may disable accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
You retain rights in photos and other materials you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, transcode, and transmit Your Content as needed to operate the Service, including sending images to our video-generation providers. You represent that you have the right to upload the photos (for example, they are your pet, or you have permission) and that they do not infringe others’ rights or contain illegal material.
Temporary uploads may be deleted automatically after about three days if they are not attached to a finished use. Account deletion removes your AI video jobs and your uploads from our systems as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to backups and legal holds.
AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other users’ results. We do not guarantee that a video will match a template preview, be unique, or remain available forever. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal license to view, save, and share videos generated for your account for non-commercial use. We may retain or remove generated files as needed to operate, secure, or improve the Service.
You may not: upload others’ photos without permission; generate sexual, violent, or illegal content involving real people, especially minors; attempt to reverse engineer the Service; abuse invites, credits, or payments; interfere with other users; or use the Service to train competing models by systematically scraping outputs. We may refuse jobs, reclaim credits obtained by abuse, and suspend accounts.
Sign-in may use Google. Purchases use Google Play. Files are stored with our cloud provider. Video generation may be performed by a third-party provider we configure. Push notifications may use Firebase Cloud Messaging. Those providers have their own terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that generated videos will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost credits, data, or profits. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. You may stop using PetJam and delete your account in the app. We may stop providing the Service or a feature with reasonable notice where practicable.
